Seoglen provides AI-powered SEO analysis tools on a pay-per-report basis. You can submit domains, URLs, or keywords and receive reports that include data from third-party SERP providers and AI-generated recommendations.

We may offer different tools and report types with different pricing.

We may change, suspend, or stop the service or any feature at any time.

Some features require an account. Accounts are managed through our identity provider.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Provide accurate information when creating an account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Seoglen operates on a pay-per-report model. Each report is a one-time purchase processed through Stripe.

Prices are displayed before purchase. All prices include applicable taxes.

Digital Content Waiver: By purchasing a report, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once the report has been generated.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, please contact us at support@seoglen.com and we will investigate.

Seoglen uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO recommendations and explanations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.

AI-generated reports may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for business decisions.

We do not guarantee any specific SEO outcomes, rankings, or traffic improvements from following report recommendations.

SEO and SERP data used in reports is sourced from third-party providers. This data represents a snapshot at the time of generation and may not reflect current search engine results.

Search engine rankings change frequently. Data accuracy depends on third-party providers and may vary.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any SERP data included in reports.

Do not use Seoglen for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

Examples of prohibited activities:

Using the service to harm, harass, or target other businesses or individuals

Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

Using automated tools or bots to access the service

Reselling reports or access to the service without permission

Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or pricing

Seoglen owns the service, including its design, code, and branding.

Reports you purchase are for your own use. You may share them within your organisation or with clients, but you may not resell or redistribute them as a competing service.

Our name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without permission.

Seoglen is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

We are not responsible for business outcomes, lost revenue, or SEO results arising from use of our reports.

To the extent permitted by law, Seoglen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms.

When your account is closed, you lose access to the service. Previously purchased reports will no longer be accessible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including the right to bring legal proceedings in your country of residence.
