Data Processing Information

This document explains how Seoglen (operated by Tuncay Technologies Ltd, Company Number: 16869889) processes and handles your data when you use our service.

This supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Personal Data: Information that identifies you, such as your email address.

Report Data: Domain names, URLs, keywords, and the generated SEO analysis reports stored in our systems.

Usage Data: Information about how you use the service, such as reports generated and pages visited.

We process your data only to provide the SEO analysis service.

This includes: email addresses, authentication tokens, domains and URLs you submit, generated report data, and payment records.

We keep this data while you use the service.

You can request deletion of your data at any time. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days (excluding backups and legally required records).

We aim to handle your data responsibly by:

Using it only for the purpose of providing our service

Taking reasonable steps to keep it secure

Not using your data to train AI models

Notifying you if we become aware of a significant data issue

You have rights regarding your personal data:

Request access to your data

Request correction of inaccurate data

Request deletion of your data

Request a copy of your data in a portable format

We use reasonable security practices to protect your data:

Secure connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission

Secure authentication through our identity provider (Keycloak)

Database encryption and access controls

Regular security updates to our infrastructure

We use the following third-party services to operate Seoglen:

Stripe (United States) — Payment processing. Processes payment card data and transaction records.

Google (United States) — Authentication (via Keycloak integration) and analytics (with consent). Processes email and usage data.

OpenAI (United States) — AI-generated recommendations. Receives anonymised keyword and SERP data (no personal data is sent to OpenAI).

DataForSEO (United States) — SERP and keyword data provider. Receives domain names and keywords to fetch search data.

Keycloak / Identity Provider — Authentication management. Processes email and login credentials.

Your data may be processed and stored in different countries.

This is necessary to provide the service using cloud infrastructure.

We work with reputable service providers and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers (see our Privacy Policy for details).

If we become aware of a significant data security issue:

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users when legally required

We will take steps to address the issue

We will report to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours where required by law

We retain account data while your account is active.

If you request account deletion, we will begin deletion of your user data (other than limited backups and records we must keep for legal reasons) within 30 days.

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by UK law.
